UnitedSalseros Teaches at the Sunday Social!
UnitedSalseros is pleased to host the multi-level Salsa lessons! Taught from 6:45pm - 7:30pm each Sunday just before dancing begins, this class is included as part of the Sunday social’s regular admission price! Teddy and several of his advanced students will break up into 4 groups and simultaneously teach an Intro, Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Salsa class (Levels 1 - 4), all in the same room! No matter what level you are, this is your chance to try out UnitedSalseros!
Montreal Salsa Convention Performances
The UnitedSalseros Amateur and Semi-Pro teams under Teddy Olaso will be performing at the Montreal Salsa Convention from May 15 - May 19 2025!

Body Isolation Workshop
UnitedSalseros is offering a 2-hour intensive workshop on body isolations used in Salsa shines and Afro-Cuban movements. Cost is 20$.
Suitable for beginners to advanced, participants will be divided into three groups according to skill level, with clear, somatic instruction on key isolation techniques, weight shifting, and energy projection.
Led by Teddy Olaso and teaching assistants, the workshop provides individualized feedback and is valuable for students looking to improve their isolations, artistic expression, or teaching skills.

UnitedSalseros Performing in Waterloo!
Catch UnitedSalseros in action at La Pachanga salsa social! Our Pro team from Toronto will be performing around 10:30pm and dancing all night to Vinyl tracks. Almost half the team began dancing Salsa in Waterloo, so this is a special one!

Blitz Performance Team
The Ottawa Salsa Convention is a dance festival that celebrates Latin dance culture in the Ottawa-Gatineau region by providing an opportunity for dancers to develop their skills and showcase their talents in a three-day festival. By inviting local, national and international artists to teach publicly-accessible workshops in a variety of Latin dance styles (such as Salsa, Bachata, Cha-Cha, Kizomba, Zouk, Tango, Latin Ballroom), we give dancers in Ottawa a unique opportunity to refine their techniques and abilities while introducing non dancers in the region to a multitude of vibrant styles of dance.
Shines Choreo Pop-Up
Back by popular demand, Teresa Nguyen will be teaching part 2 of her shines choreography. She will be dancing to the song Quédate una Noche Más by Dani J Ft. La Máxima 79. This choreo was part of a performance that Teresa and her dancing partner Gabriel Magill did at a wedding in the summer of 2022. No need to have taken part 1; everyone is more than welcome to attend!
